The bad news: We’ve been out here for 2.5 hours and only made $23.75. And from the looks of this picture I may have just developed a lazy eye.
The good news: Free entertainment in the front yard in the form of an amazing Native American drumming and dancing ceremony!
Other good news: It’s almost noon, which means we can respectably start drinking beer.

Many moons ago Mom and I had a garage sale – I think we made about the same amount. But we didn’t have any entertainment or good beer, so yours is definitely better! Not much of a market for old CRT monitors I guess. Love you guys.

Now you know why I don’t have them any more–learned my lessong after only 2 of them!
More good news though–from the looks of the pictures at least you had a nice sunny day for it and free entertainment to keep you from falling asleep on the job.

Well, you did make a bit of money, it just wasn’t a very good hourly payback for your time! But, since you decided you were ready to part with that stuff, maybe what’s left can go to a thrift store and out of your basement, which was probably your main goal anyway.

Actually by the end of the day we’d cleared over $200!! Had to slash some prices, but overall a decent sale. No, not when you think of it hourly, but… :)
