		<description>isn&#039;t that how it always goes? the one day you&#039;d really like to lay low is the day you can&#039;t.  If your insurance is going to get picky, you might want to have a doc look at it.  Sounds  like it might have done a bit of damage, it might be nice to know what&#039;s up.</description>

You sure don&#039;t want to fool around with a knee injury.</description>
